Police arrested three persons with four stolen motorcycles from Madhyapur Thimi Municipality, Bhaktapur, on Tuesday. They have been identified as Arun Tamang, 18, of Ramechhap, Mahesh Tamang, 22 of Dolakha and Manoj Lama, 29, of Sindhupalchowk. Officials said they were found to have been involved in lifting motorcycles parked in public places. The gang members had been riding the stolen bikes by replacing fake registration number plates, according to police.
