Kathmandu, October 27. The government has decided to stop Tiktok in Nepal. The cabinet meeting held today (Monday) has decided to shut down Tiktok.
A minister who participated in the meeting has informed that it has been decided to send a letter to the Ministry of Communication to take necessary steps to ban Tiktok.
Government Spokesperson and Minister of Communication and Information Technology Rekha Sharma informed that today's meeting of the Council of Ministers decided to close Tiktok in Nepal. It has been decided to close it with effect from today. It is a matter of expertise. Let's see how long it will take to close," Minister Sharma said.
